Family Photos

Dear friends and family,
We want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! This year we feel incredibly blessed to both start new jobs and enjoy the blessings of health and safety for our family. We hope you enjoy the magic of this season and share the holidays with the people you love.
Katie turned 7 this year and seems to be growing extra fast! She has grown in her personality and often surprises us with her strong opinions and quick wit. We have discovered that she has a wonderful sense of humor just like her Daddy. She works hard at school and piano, but can be easily distracted by all things girl, especially baking and crafting.
Ray turned 11 this year and is doing well in Middle School. He plays percussion in band and is taking accelerated math. He enjoys robotics and playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends. Ray is super responsible and amazes us with getting himself to school on the bus and honestly working hard on his own. He has completed some more incredible models and added countless games onto his phone.
Amanda landed the job of her dreams as an official full-time Special Education Pre-K teacher nearby! She takes Katie with her and enjoys the people she works with at Sycamore Elementary. She is learning new things everyday, especially how to balance everything as a working mother. Her favorite is that she has the same days off as Ray and Katie all year long!
Robert (BJ) is enjoying his new expertise in everything lighting as a Design Engineer in a large company downtown called Acuity Brands. With a longer commute, we love that he works 4 10 hour days and has every Friday off. It has been fun to get our weekends started early. He really has stepped up his game and been incredibly supportive and understanding of what needs to be done at home and takes great care of us, especially when things get busy. He has continued working in carts with his own business and we are excited for what the future holds for us.
