Our afternoon was spent enjoying a boat ride around a lake!! We also visited the last castle built by King Ludwig, a near copy of Castle Versailles. Unfortunately they didn’t allow photos inside of the castle. There was also an old monastery on one of the other islands. One of the boats we rode on was a genuine paddle boat. It was a great end to the trip watching the sun set bathe the alps in orange and pink.
Also a photo of our hotel breakfast area. We stayed at the Hotel Adria just Northeast if Marienplatz. It was a quick walk to everything from there.
