Well, we had our second open house today, again lots of prep work, and nobody. We are now going to start listing with an agent, we already picked one out, it is the same one the helped us to buy our home. Hopefully we aren't too late for the area, and will still catch some of the recent graduates trying to buy homes. Wish us luck!!
